Dr Amjad Safvi M.D. is Board Certified in Interventional Radiology: Board of Phlebology, Vascular Ultrasound. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine, Dr. Safvi completed his residency at Northwestern University. Board Certified in Interventional Radiology and Vascular Ultrasound, he has continuing education and training in minimally invasive procedures. He is chief radiologist of his radiology group and concentrates on providing diagnistic services at Molecular Imaging.
Dr. Sunil Kini, board certified in radiology by the American Board of Radiology, has 14 years of experience in General Radiology and at least 6 of those years in Teleradiology. He has extensive experience in CT, ultrasound, and radiography, as well as Neuro, Body, and Musculoskeletal MRI. He received his medical degree at the University of South Carolina, and did his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, after which he did a fellowship in Neuroradiology and Body Imaging at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.
Dr. Allen Kao specializes in Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Coduction testing, and he has been performing this type of testing for over 11 years. With the nerve testing, he has special interest in determining location and presence of nerve damage and disorder. Dr. Kao graduated with honors in biology from the University of Chicago. He then received his M.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and subsequently finished his Internship at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois. He then completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital, and he is Board Certified in his specialty. Over the years, Dr. Kao has been recognized with a Compassionate Doctor Award. In his free time he enjoys learning the Spanish language.
Dr. Thomas Predey graduated Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in June, 1984. He completed his Clinical Internship in 1985 and Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in 1989. He became Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology in June, 1989. He then did a one year Neuroradiology Fellowship at Northwestern University Medical Center at Evanston which he completed in June, 1990. He became certified in Neuroradiology in 1996, the first year that the Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology examination was offered. He currently specializes in Neuroimaging, Orthopedic Imaging, and general cross-sectional imaging in the outpatient setting, providing medical directorship and radiologic interpretations. He has special expertise in high quality temporomandibular joint (TMJ) imaging, and he has lectured nationally at various Dental Society meetings on the topic of TMJ Imaging.
Linda Dew, MD, FRCP(C), received her undergraduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, SK, where she also completed her medical degree in 1981 Dr. Dew is fellowship-trained in Cross Sectional Imaging and MRI at the University of Illinois, Chicago, IL. She is certified by the American Board of Radiology since 1988. Dr Dew has valuable expertise in musculoskeletal, body, and cardiovascular MR imaging, as well as extensive experience interpreting both high-field and open MRI systems.
John Aikenhead, DC, DACBR, is renowned in the field of radiology. He is a graduate of the National College of Chiropractic and currently is an adjunct professor in diagnostic imaging, assisting in the training of residents in advanced imaging. Dr. Aikenhead is a diplomat of the American Board of Chiropractic Radiology. He is a leader in the use of advanced imaging within the chiropractic profession. He has interpreted over 30,000 cases over the last 15 years. With his experience and specialization in MRI imaging, Dr. Aikenhead provides physicians with detailed reports, aiding the referring physician to give quality care. Providing your patients with care and understanding has been, and will continue to be, his philosophy.
